As a strong team, we work at the frontier of what is possible and form the spearhead of manufacturing technology development in the Digital Dentistry sector.
- Full managerial and functional leadership of the HR team
- Further development and standardization of global HR processes, policies and digital HR systems
- Supporting employees and managers in all operational HR matters – with an empathetic, discreet, and solution-oriented approach
- Oversight and management of international HR projects
- Making personnel-related decisions within your area of responsibility in close collaboration with the Operations Director and in line with company objectives
- Advising the executive management on all HR-related issues
- Building, developing, and maintaining a modern, consistent and cross-location HR structure
- Several years of experience in HR, ideally with international responsibility
- Proven leadership experience as well as strong communication and advisory skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of all HR processes, from recruitment and employee development to offboarding
- Experience in successfully collaborating with international teams and locations
- Solid understanding of labor law and compliance-related topics
- Structured and pragmatic way of working with a strong solutions focus
- Confident handling of digital HR systems and tools
- Business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written
- High social competence, integrity, and a strong ability to build and maintain trusting relationships
